There is still riding out of the clubhouse this weekend if you head East on Corridor 8, following Cheever Trail and head into the Hog Hill/Groton Area. Our trails out that way were groomed last night. Expect some dirt and water bars on your way out of the Clubhouse. There is one stretch about 150′ long. Once you get into higher elevation in Groton, there is still plenty of snow and good conditions.
At this time Corridor 8 West to the Green Camp is closed, but you can access Corridor 5 South and our higher elevation trails from neighboring trail systems (Hebron, Lyme Pinnacle, Mt. Cardigan). A member rode from Hebron last night and reported they had just groomed and that trails were phenomenal. On our end, Ten Mile Road, Rocky Loop, and Townline Pond were groomed early this morning and in good condition.
The Clubhouse is open Saturday and Sunday, 8 to 4 with the usual goodies. Be sure to stop in Sunday morning for our monthly Pancake Breakfast Buffet.
